Hi! I'm Missy and I am a self-diagnosed scrap-a-holic. I live in northeastern Ohio with my husband Ed, of four years, our almost two-year-old daughter Madison, and our four cats Twinkie, Zoe, Timmy and Sparky. I work full time as a resident physician in pathology at our local community hospital. I absolutely love my job and I cannot imagine doing anything else. I usually scrapbook after Madison is in bed for the night or on the weekends during naptime.
I started scrapping in 1994 in the hay day of the sticker sneeze when I was invited to a home sales party. I have seen many of the trends come and go, but the main reason for scrapbooking has always been the same, to preserve memories for future generations.
Over the years, my style has changed with the availability of supplies and the popular items of that time. Right now, I would describe my style as simple, liner with a touch of the unexpected. I love patterned paper and anything sparkly.
In addition to scrapbooking, I also enjoy cooking, photography and reading. I joined Scrapmuse in early 2005, and I am so excited to be joining with wonderful DT!
