Q. What's the cost of shipping a kit to Europe?

A. About $18.00 USD for First Class International(that's in addition to the price of the kit)

Q. How about Canada?

A. About $9.00 USD for First Class International (in addition to the price of the kit)

Q. What if I want to skip a kit?

A. That is A-OK! Please email us before the 10th of the month you want to skip. Requests to skip after the 10th will not be honored.

Q. May I return a kit if I don't like it?

A. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted, unless there is a problem with your kit or your order. In that case, please contact us so that we may correct it.

Q. When do your kits ship?

A. We ship on the 15th of the month, unless that is a weekend or Federal holiday. In those cases, kits ship the next business day.

Q. What shipping service do you use?

A. We use the US Postal Service for all orders. US orders are shipped via Priority Mail, and International orders are shipped via First Class International or Priority Mail International based on weight, unless you specify otherwise.

Q. May I pay by check?

A. We do not accept checks directly - however, with Paypal you can pay by check or credit card.

Q. What does "auto-ship" mean? How does your club work?

A. Our club is one of the most flexible out there. When you join our club, we will ship a kit to you each month. There is no membership length - we will ship you a kit until you ask us to skip or cancel.

Q. Is my credit card information safe with you?

A. Absolutely! Our website uses the latest SSL technology to keep your payment information secure.
